  Dr. Laguerre is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He actually listens to you and cares about your quality of life when it comes to chronic pain (in my case inoperable). However, his nurse practitioner, Kelly Quinn, is not very friendly and it feels very much like she is judging you. In my opinion, she doesn't need to be working in a pain management practice. She's cold and doesn't listen to you. Pain is a personal problem and its important that you are taken seriously by someone that cares about helping you the right way. I strongly suggest seeing Dr. Laguerre as much as you possibly can if you choose to go to their office.
