  This would be a last resort for feature stays. The Microwave/Refrigerator was missing from the room. The room was supposed to be a Non-smoking room, but smelled of Smoke and had a ashtray on the table. When addressed with unpleasant staff, they Responded "Well That is a Non-smoking Room and No One Has Smoked in it before." And That they didn't have any rooms available to change me too! And the Shower Head had pink and black mold embedded in it.
