  Overall it isn't bad, the staff does a pretty good job. The facility is old and still has carpet which holds smells and harder to sanitize. However the cost is another story. Full care was approaching 10,500 a month, she was originally placed here after a hospital stay and after almost 2 years still there. I started looking around and found that they are way over priced. Moved her to another location(not brian center) in Statesville and saved over 3000 a month. It is a newer facility than Genesis, cleaner, brighter and their staff does a great job. Genesis Mooresville would be good for a short stay that's all.
