  Have used Tom's services and expertise for over a decade. He knows everything there is to know about computers, hardware, systems, programs, etc. I take him problems and he understands the problem better than I do and quickly. He is accessible and affordable. He truly is a solution to PC crises, great name for his company. Never leaves you hanging; gets on it right away. Pleasant to boot; never makes me feel like a dummy even though I am when it comes to computers. I keep him on speed dial ! I truly don't know what I would do without him.

  Excellent, expertly provided service! I recently took my 4 year old macbook pro into PC Crisis to be repaired. I had accidentally gotten liquid into the display while cleaning the screen and it stopped displaying. Thomas worked diligently to find a replacement display as they hard to come by. In fact he found 3. However the first two arrived damaged. But the third time was the charm. I totally recommend PC Crisis for their customer service, expertise and honesty.
