  Before this land was developed I always said to myself that someday it is going to be developed into something special. The combination of great water and flat waterfront lots made the Sister Cove land really stand out. The developers at Nest Homes Communities did not disappoint and have done an extradinary job with Sisters Cove. The homes are beautiful inside and out. The landscape and hardscape really give the community a look of quality. Sisters Cove is currently the only real waterfront "NEW HOME" community on Lake Norman.
